[Case Study] Pipe High-Frequency Device Transport System
Introduction of a case study on the pipe high-frequency device transportation system: transportation + high-frequency input + stacker stacking!
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Pipe High-Frequency Device Transport System" at Company T in Gifu Prefecture. Pipes arranged in a stocker are taken out two at a time using inward-opening claws and transported to a conveyor with a feeding device (manufactured in-house). The feeding hand then transfers them to a high-frequency annealing device (manufactured by Yoshida Machinery) for high-frequency hardening, after which they are returned to the conveyor. After cooling and transport, a robot retrieves them and stacks them in the stocker. Due to the round shape of the pipes, it was necessary to stack the second row of pipes between the first row, and because the pipes did not have perfect roundness, teaching and correction were required. 【Case Overview】 ■ Implementation Location: Company T, Gifu Prefecture ■ Type and Model of Robot ・Fanuc M20Ia ・Transport + High-Frequency Feeding + Stocker Stacking *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
